Out along Meltham Road and up footpath into Beaumont Park, up the park and out into Butternab Road, cross over into Butternab Woods up to Nether Moor Road, straight across on footpath to go past the airfield at Crosland Hill joining Black Lane to go anti-clockwise round 3 sides of Blackmoorfoot reservoir, then up the hill by the reservoir house and across to Whitehead Lane and back by road through South Crosland, Netherton, Big Valley to the club.
A distance of around 7 miles

Meltham Road to Big Valley, path through woods to Netherton coming out at bottom end of Moor Lane, along Hawkroyd Bank Road, right into Sandbeds and then down through woods to cross stream by footbridge and come out onto Old Moll Road, turn right for about 100 metres and then footpath up the hillside to come out on Scotgate Road, cross over into Hassocks Lane and take the second sign posted footpath to the left across fields to Meltham Road and crossover to continue on footpath to Oldfield, cross over this road and take footpath through houses and gate into fields following footpath which leads back to bring you out further down Oldfield Road, cross over and take next footpath leading to Long Lane, Down this for about 25 metres and through wall onto footpath to Roundway and Field End Lane, cut across the playing fields and follow path to Marshway, down Eastgate and left on footpath to Magdale and then by Woodhead Road through Berry Brow and back to the club.
A distance of about 8.5 miles

Out along Woodhead Road to Alpine corner, just back into Hangingstone Road and up the steps to cross Northgate and carry on footpath to Honley Station, under the bridge and up Hall Ing Lane and left onto Brockholes Road towards Farnley Tyas, left onto Thurstonland Road and Butts Road turning left onto Honley Road by the church following the road round to Castle Hill, left down footpath to Hall Bower and then footpath to Newsome by the Scout Hall, cross over Newsome Road into St John’s Avenue and straight across Towngate and down footpath to Close Hill Lane, down here for about 200 metres taking footpath on right leading down to come out on Woodhead Road at its junction with Bridge Street and back along Brewery Drive to the club.
